By accessing or using the BaccaHub application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only. You should not use the App to engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You should not use the App to violate the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of BaccaHub and its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may be able to post content, including comments, photos, and other materials, on the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post. By posting content, you grant BaccaHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, express or implied. BaccaHub does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. BaccaHub will not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BaccaHub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, arising from or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BaccaHub is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

BaccaHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the App, and your continued use of the App after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
